The agreement that governs your use of Faxdome.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MELVIN MORA & ASSOCIATES ("Faxdome," "we," "us"). By accessing or using app.faxdome.com (the "Site") or our software (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Service.
Faxdome provides document-organization and workflow software that helps tax professionals collect, organize, and track client documents. Faxdome is a software tool only. The Service itself does not prepare tax returns, file returns on your behalf, or provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any returns and for compliance with applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may offer a free trial of the Service for a limited period (currently 14 days). No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes unless noted. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you and your clients upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to upload Your Content and for its lawful use.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MELVIN MORA & ASSOCIATES and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing in the Service constitutes such advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELVIN MORA & ASSOCIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MELVIN MORA & ASSOCIATES and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as those on liability and intellectual property) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
